WOW! Mike G. spent the better part of 2 days removing and installing a new water filtration system at our house. He did it with great care, good humor and patience, and took the time to explain everything to me in order to make sure we had bought the correct system for our house, and I understood it. He was determined to make the new equipment fit in the space as compactly as possible, which we really appreciated! I was very comfortable with Mike in and out of the house... he is a very fun person to be around! Mike tested all of the equipment before leaving. My husband was thrilled with the way Mike "designed" the layout for all of the equipment for the ease of his use!!! Thank you, Mike!

Electrician arrived and tested wiring from house to boat dock. He opened several outlets to test and results were good except last outlet. The wiring in question ran 15 feet in PVC conduit I installed years ago. I knew I could easily run the wire myself, but asked what the cost would be. He quoted me $1200.00!  I refused his ridiculous quote but he told me it would be $287.00 to come out. I was furious but paid him. I completed the work myself but ran into other issues until I discovered 2 connections he tested had come apart.

Chris S. was the very best of the best technicians I have ever dealt with. He was very professional, attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my "stupid" questions without judging me and made recommendations as if he were in my shoes. He did not come to sell, but to help. It is almost absurd how high ABC's estimates can be.  Since we purchased our new home last fall, they quoted us $600 more than any other estimate to replace a sump pump system.  Recently, we had an air conditioner issue, and they quoted us between $768 and $1015 to replace the capacitor.  We called someone else who did the entire job for $275.  The only good thing about being a club member is we can get ABC to timely diagnose the problems, wait for the outrageous quote, and then feel way better about repair costs when we inevitably get someone else to quote us for hundreds less.

Had the displeasure of our (my parents) air-conditioner going kaput. Fortunately, we had the pleasure of meeting Tim Leary as our "Repairman Extraordinaire!" To say that he was thorough would be an understatement (and a discredit to his five-star service and honest nature)! 
No one likes to deal with malfunctioning appliances but Tim really made the repair look easy. You might say, perhaps, as easy as ABC! 
Thank you to ABC and their outstanding service and quality repairwork. It's nice to see a company that takes pride in everything it does (and keeps a smile while doing it)!
