It is a cheap place in price as far as storage places go. But you het what you pay for. And the management is rude and he rents out parking in the back for people to park their trailers. That and the fact that the concrete is poured so poorly that anything lower than a pick up truck could easily bottom out. I highly recommend avoiding this place. I will be moving my stuff out by the first of next month. It is worth another 20 dollars a month to not have to deal with time sub par conditions.

Janie Fowler is slandering and libeling the ABC storage owner. Her claim that he tried hitting her with rebar is a lie. The other side of the story is..."She and her husband were walking with the owner while he was pointing out each leaking unit with a piece of rebar he used to poke through the dripping insulation. Frustrated with the amount of issues he was pointing out, She tried grabbing it from him saying to stop showing them and he held onto it, not letting her take it."
If he really did try hitting her, her (much larger than him) husband would have done something or they would have called the cops. Reason they're on here slandering him with racist comments is because they have no legal leg to stand on. They used racist comments toward him. If he really said those things about her in front of her husband, there would probably have been an altercation. These negative comments by her and her pals are slanderous and untrue which is a crime. Telling him if he paid them a settlement she would remove the negative review is also blackmail, a crime. Angry they aren't getting paid a balance for poor work is why they are behaving so hateful here. Shame.

I called several storage units and settled on ABC storage because the prices all seemed comparable for the same unit sizes and this particular location was close to where I lived.  The staff was very kind and the facilities were clean and felt very safe. Starting and ending the lease were simple.  Great people, thanks!
