I looked for a long time to find the best vet for my pets.  I've now been with ABC for over 20 years.  They have treated my pets as if they were their own.  They've saved pets that others have recommended putting down and the pets went on to live healthy and happy lives in our home.  They really are the best!

Through 17 years I've been a pet owner of several dogs that received health maintenance, urgent care, and end of life services at ABC Veterinary Hospital, San Marcos--including Pet Boarding!  At every visit my pets receive loving, compassionate, professional, high quality veterinary care treatment from the doctors and technicians.  The front office staff are always welcoming, friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful--even while carrying on a multitude of tasks.  Scheduling appointments to accommodate my schedule are always available whether same-day or other.  ABC San Marcos is one of the best Veterinary Hospitals in North San Diego!

Dr. Kaplan is THE BEST. She’s always great with my kitten - super caring, and takes the extra time to explain everything to me. The office staff is always friendly as well! I highly recommend ABC!

My ten-year-old Yorkie had gotten into a new bag of See's Candy dark chocolate raisins. I had forgotten that they were in my sports bag. He had gotten into them while I was gone you found the rapper in about an hour and a half after I go home he started puking everywhere. I had called my vet at Parkway Pet Clinic he had just left. They told me to go to ABC Vet Hospital so I went there. They treated him very well. The only reason he's there getting four stars is because of the cost which was $1,400 forgetting his stomach pumped and one night. Plus the meds Etc. I had asked if they could go any cheaper they said this is what we could quote you. They were able to treat him with meds and pump his stomach. I took care of him overnight. My cost was $495. Other than the cost I was really happy with their service.

Been taking our cats to Dr. Martin for years. Truly caring and nice guy. Highly recommend him and ABC.
