These people really care about their customers! They went the extra mile for us, spending hours researching an issue, finding the right solution, sending techs to our emergency immediately.  Impressed and would call them anytime to come in and help  us again.

Overcharge services. I called them up for a boiler and brought two technicians when only one could do the job, then brought one more the next day and only one of them was working. Still got charged for each one of the technicians. After that they showed up without being called and still brought two guys. They bring technicians who have no experience and charge for them the same as a senior tech. The senior techs do know what they do, but I think they should do a better job with their prices. I won't be calling them again when I know there are other companies who would do the same job for less money instead of trying to scam you.

Called and explained our problem, got the right person for the job.  Office was kind and courteous as well as the techs on site, billing was very resonable.

Not only have I used this company for years but they started having a hard time making money so now they are going to their stable accounts and double billing and then showing up on our property without being called and adding services I never asked for.  They are sending people that are not trained and doing extra damage that Dan Soderberg can bill for. Then they just sent me a bill from Oct 2012 that they said I never paid.  DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE>>>>SCAM!
