We were referred to Terry at Abeyta Nelson through divine providence. Having experienced a major life altering crash, we were apprehensive, but from the moment we entered Abeyta Nelson, we felt reassured by Terry and staff’s genuine empathy, courtesy and professional manner. Terry made clear that it would be a long road, but a journey we would take together. That took a lot of the pressure and stress of the situation off our shoulders, knowing we had a knowledgeable and experienced expert representing us. Everyone was amazing in their kindness and gentleness towards us. With the injury still so fresh and painful, it was comforting to hear how Terry and his staff were making progress with the case. They would in keep in regular contact and not leave us in the dark, whether by direct contact, email or phone calls. I was very confused with all of the paperwork! One insurance company wanting one thing...another insurance company wanted a different thing. I was so overwhelmed with just bringing my daughter home from the hospital that paperwork and insurance companies were last on my priority list. My pastor, Mike O'Neill, was previously helped by Terry so I confidently requested a meeting. Only a few months have passed since they took my case but the claims have been resolved! Peace of mind is priceless! Thank you Julie and Terry!
