The rental lake house was fairly clean, the views were awesome from the front porch.  Lake Abilene was beautiful with a little beach and pier.  The path around the lake made for a great bike ride.  The campground area is nestled into the woods with clean showers and toilets.  The pool had the clearest water with lots of places to lounge around the pool!  The park staff was very friendly and helpful.  We will be back!

Very pretty. Loved the yurts. May consider visiting for a family camp trip in the future.

This was our first stop heading back out west. The campground is nice and wooded with water and electricity. Bathrooms are clean. I enjoyed watching the birds behind the bird blind.

The trails by the lake are fun and keep is coming back regularly. The office usually isn't up and running til about 8:15 or 8:20 on weekends, but they get to know you pretty fast.
