This is not a local company based in Pasadena, but a fictitious branch of Moving Stars Inc. based in Houston, TX. Unprofessional! The movers were late, out of shape, and improperly trained to carefully handle heavy objects. Beware of hidden fees! They charged me for hidden commuting fees, offsite hours, and an hourly rate greater than originally quoted. Poor customer service! Managers in Houston are aggressive, disrespectful, and inefficient at handling damage claims. Avoid contracting the services of this company and opt for a more professional and transparent competitor that will provide you with a written quote of the expected charges and a written statement describing your options in case of no show or late show, damage to personal property, inefficient service, etc.

From start to finish, these guys were professional, accommodating and easy-going. A lot of things changed about our move the week-off and they adjusted to fit our needs. All of our belongings were moved carefully and without incident. Finally, their quote was on-point with what they had estimated for us. Able Pasadena Movers is one of the best companies in this area so I would highly recommend them.

Let me start by saying Able Pasadena Movers is excellent. All through my move, they have been very responsive and willing to help out where ever it was possible. I had to book them with minimal notice. They provided great quality service. The guys accommodated me finding out a time slot though they were booked up. The movers worked extremely hard on move day. They were very careful for my belongings and took extra care for delicate items. The delivery persons made huge effort to make sure that there was no damage to our floors or Walls etc. I would definitely use this mover.

I chose them for the first time. I moved from Florida to CA. This moving company was recommended by a friend of mine. He used Able Pasadena Movers few months ago. I made the contact and they arrived in my place timely and finished all works step by step. Moving was so smooth. The guys were efficient. It was an awesome transition at all. They simply did wonderful job. Next month I will definitely contact with this mover for my new move. See u guys again!! Thanks again!!

I found a beautiful home and wanted to move right away! I call Able to help me move a 4 bedroom home on a Sunday morning with only a two days advance reservation, the professional team of movers were on time at 8 am in my old address and after a few hours of hard work, they finish by helping me with all the furniture arrangements! Great company, great team
