Horrifying!! Sent a crew that was totally unqualified, claimed to be insured - was not. Dropped my lathe while in transit and scrapped it, damaged other machinery on truck and while using fork truck. had to help the crew just to avoid more damage or worst yet, an injury!!!  Able has refused to make it right almost a year later, have contacted CT BBB for help, small claims court is next
