THIS COMPANY IS LIKE HERPES!!! It hides it's infectious lack of humanity behind it's well polished image it works so hard to uphold. The people who work in the office don't have any sense of dignity for the labor workers that it uses. The HR department is a stable of bitter old hags that have no sympathy. Once you complain or report a problem they go way out of their way to avoid any contact with you, even purposely get you fired. Yet they badmouth any Union Representative that goes over them. The Staples Center Location Manager Mike is a racist. He even tells HR he doesn't want any black people sent to his location. Knowing that they still kept him with the company for years. If he sees anyone not working, he will not pay them for the day. The Supervisors of other areas are just as bad. They don't pay on time yet expect you to keep reporting to work, promising to fix the problem but take forever to even sign a simple change of duty form. They take advantage of anyone hoping to advance within it's structure. They mostly hire Mexicans with a "Yes Sir Attitude" Their On Call/Temp Representative Ivette Soto is a little troll who has had numerous complaint against her about the way she acts towards the temps she sents out to cover at the last minute. If she offers you even a one day part time temp position and you decline it she will never reach out to you again. And like Mike she is still there going undisciplined yet complaining about all the other people within the company, who try to help the general laborers. I'm not trying to stain any company or person but as this is a review about what I went through so others know the kind of people they will be eventually be doing business with when dealing with at ABM Janitorial in Commerce, CA.

THEY HIRE ILEGAL ALIENS AND FIRE FOR ANY REASON THE PEOPLE WHO IS FULLY LEGALLY IN THE U.S IN FACT THEY HAVE EMPLOYEES PLACED IN LOCATIONS SUCH AS HOSPITALS,BANKS,CAR DEALERS .AND NOBODY CARES ABOUT THEIR TRUE IDENTITY , THAT INCLUDES HR ,AND MANAGEMENT AT ALL LEVELS.
