This law firm ripped us off continuously and we didn't even know until we got another attorney though another firm. To start with we were dealing with a family court issue. We hired Stephanie who was suggested through the firm. we later found out that Stephanie does not really practice family law she does criminal. This may not be Stephanie's fault I might be the firms but either way it hurt their client in the end. Stephanie had no idea what she was doing didn't even file for divorce as requested and we didn't even know that she didn't file until a year later.  More so the law firm went past our retainer by over 10,000 dollars. No warning no letter nothing. Even though it's in their CONTRACT that they stop all work once the retainer reaches 500 dollars. Then they waited to say anything until their client was across the country to see his children to tell him that his retainer was over due by 10k. This happened when their client called them to tell he did not receive his children as stated in the court order and his ex was in contempt. They then demanded their 10k right then and there or they would refuse to do anything leaving their client stranded with no legal help while he on the west coast. The for agreed to take 6k to file contempt with the court. But because they waited so long it got denied. The attorney was fire immediately after this event. When the law firm was contacted again and it was brought up that THEY broke they're own contract we were basically told "o well that happens what are you going to do take on a law firm." That's right it just "sometimes" happens that they charge you 10k past your retainer and don't tell you until they know you'll NEED them. So now we're paying off this sleezy firm who claims to be top notch and help people. Maybe they should just stick to criminal law cases.

Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable and a hard worker! Her level of intelligence and support helped me in more ways than I knew possible. She ended my nightmares quickly thanks to her experience in working with system in so many areas. Thanks Stephanie, good job!

The attorneys at Abom & Kutulakis are amazing!  Their attorneys have helped me personally with a real estate matter, a serious juvenile issue, estate planning and a criminal investigation issue.  All worked out in my favor so I have been pleased with using this firm and highly recommend to anyone with a legal issue.  If they aren't able to help, they can connect you with someone who can.

Brandon was the worst lawyer for a child custody trial. He was not prepared at all. He 5 months to get ready and didn't. Was a waste of 10 grand. I would not recommend this firm.

When I was looking for an attorney to assist me in obtaining custody of my child, I met with 6 attorneys prior to Michelle. She was the only one who genuinely seemed interested in helping me gain custody of my child.

She knew the laws, other attorneys in the case, and the judges we encountered and thoroughly prepared me for what I could expect. Michelle fought for me and I ultimately got shared custody 50/50 of my daughter, exactly what I was seeking.

I highly recommend Michelle Sommer as she was an amazing attorney for me in my child custody case, and I will definitely be using her services again in the future.
