would give zero stars if i could. should be called F'n Late. I have taken this cab 4 times in the past week with scheduled appointments and they showed up more than 10 minutes late the last 2. pretty sure the dispatch lady fell asleep after I called for a ride last time and as I was not charged when someone did finally show and made me late to work I thought I'd give them another chance. mistake. this morning the driver showed 12 min late, charged me full fare and proceeded to tell my co worker how he only had one other fare all nite. would only advise using this company if you have nowhere to be at any certain time, don't care what time they show, and can find no other ride to wherever you might be trying to go.

Took twice as long as I was told to arrive and I was very uncomfortable with the fact that it was a male driver and I assume his friend in the front seat. The van smelled like cigarettes and the driver was not friendly at all. Definitely will never use this cab again nor recommend to anyone.

When ever I need a ride About Time Transportation is always there  in a timely fashion.  I can always count on good conversation with the driver and know that I am safe riding with them.  Extremely clean vehicles that are comfortable to ride in, short or long rides. Would not trust anyone else to get me home safe. Highly recommend About Time Transportation

Called for a cab last night! Said they called my phone back but never did! Why would you call someones phone when your driver doesn't even show up to where you need picked up!!!!  stood outside and froze so I ended up calling Neil from Chippewa cab and got picked up in 10 mins. I thought this was a good company.  Never thought i would have to call chip cab since i really hate that company. If i ever call this company again i really hope this never happens again!!!!
