I don't even want to give this place one star. Alisha the receptionist was very unprofessional and discourteous. She wouldn't answer if there was a triage nurse available and was flippant in her responses. She is not a trained medical person and should not be doling out medical advice. She could have answered the question about the triage nurse, but refused. She also refused to answer who the office manager was for the practice when I asked her repeatedly. She refused to give me the license and insurance card at first. She is not a person to have in that type of position. The staff and doctors at the Woodbridge office are really professional and compassionate, the way it should be at all ob/gyn offices.

Some of the nurses are great, as well as the lab tech GiGi. However... the doctors just want to get in and out.. they also are very hard to get in contact with.. and very unorganized :(

I really loved the doctor. She explained everything to me very well. As soon as I arrived I was taken to the room. I did not like the fact that I had to wait a long time to see the doctor.

Dr. Patricia James seems to be specialized in finding ways to fill her wallet rather than in providing proper care. Getting anything done will take more than one visit at this location, unnecessarily.

They make you wait for 30 minutes after your appointment, take you to a room take your blood pressure and then make you wait another hour for the doctor would give zero stars if i could
