I worked with ABRA to repair my car after being hit in my office parking lot. They got the estimate done quickly, and when I took my car in to have the work done, they kept in touch with me via text. They had mentioned it would take a couple of days to finish, but they had it done overnight and the quality of work was great! My car looks great, I was only in a rental for one day and they even cleaned my car inside and out! I will go back to them if I ever get hit again. I don't understand all the negative reviews. This place is very professional, customer service was excellent. I received daily status updates via text, and the car was actually ready before the estimated date. The quality of work was excellent, this coming from someone who grew up doing auto body work. The paint was a perfect match, door and hood gaps were excellent. Before work started they were clear on what parts were going to be repaired and what would be replaced which gave me the opportunity to object if needed. They worked with my insurance, no effort on my part. All I had to do is pay my deductible and walk out with my car. I will say my repairs were fairly minor, Fender, bumper and hood, but given the process, I don't expect a more serious job would be handled much different. If they HAD bad service, it is in the past.

The people at ABRA were very friendly, polite and appear knowledgeable. The estimate was completed quickly and professionally. When I came in with the car for the repair, I was given a ride home, even though I had planned on getting an Uber. The repair took longer than they initially said due to the fact that the car is a limited edition car. We did have a problem that we were told that they had broken something while installing a part. Since this is a limited edition car, the replacement part took quite a while to get in the part that they had broken. However, they did keep us apprised of the delay, etc, and it is no fault of theirs that the part took a long time to arrive.

They took care of my car in one day and it looks brand new. The customer service was amazing. They even set up a rental car for me. They arranged for the car to be there for me.
