I thought I would be happy with this group, but, If I could give it a half star or less, I would. Brought a car in after it was hit by a smaller car. Ruined the rear wheel, twisted the side panel, without much damage to the paint causing the panel to twist.  This created larger gaps around the doors and the body.  ABRA's fix was to adjust the doors to the twist instead of taking the twist out of the body.  What a bunch of Hacks.  When we challenged them, they tried to tell us the damage was there before the accident!?  I guess they're clairvoyant... by some super powers they know what the car was like before it was ever damaged. It was AMAZING!  If you use this company, "buyer beware." We had to take it from their place of business to a more reputable one.  Guess what they found...?  It's being fixed the way it should have in the first place.  If you want to, go waste your time on a company that is only concerned about it appearing to be fixed, without it being fixed.  I'll never use these hacks again!!  I'm sharing this with everyone I can as well as those I know in the car insurance industry!

WOW!!! If there was any way possible I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Abra Auto in Riverton really went above and beyond. They provided daily updates via text, they fixed everything that was damaged perfectly, vacuumed the car, updated my on board navigation computer, and the car looks better now than when we bought brand new off of the dealership, show room floor. Two Thumbs up, 10 stars. These guys rock!!!

Took a bit longer, than I hoped, after my accident to get an appointment with these guys but it was well worth the wait. The amount of jobs in their queue makes sense considering how good they are. Their service and communication, especially from Lorri, was prompt and courteous. My car honestly looks better than it did when I bought it because of some shoddy work done for the previous owner, which was brought to my attention and corrected when I picked my car up. After pick up, I noticed a head light wasn't working properly. I called them the next day and Lorri had it fixed in less than five minutes with no appointment needed. I hope I won't need collision repair done again (for obvious reasons), however, if I do, I'll be using them again. Cheers!

The ABRA team did a great job repairing my vehicle, but unfortunately had an issue with communication with the insurance company (and seemingly didn't seem to act with urgency to clarify certain details), which in turn hurt the overall experience.

I wish I didn't need a body shop to repair my car BUT Abra made the experience more bearable. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
