A quiet local restaurant in downtown Lewisburg with lovely staff and servers. We’ve read the reviews and tried this restaurant because we like Mexican food, the first surprise on the menu was that they don’t have any Fajitas, and was disappointing. We decided to give a chance to other food, and we ordered Chimichanga. The chicken inside the sandwich was canned chicken, and the food taste was very simple and, better say, not tasty at all. The Chimichanga includes only cheese and onions and meat, and for the rest of the ingredients, they charge you separately and in very small portions; you can check the photos to see the size of the Guacamole and sour cream. It doesn’t worth it for only two sandwiches with one small dip sauce as an appetizer; we paid $62 in total. If the food tasted good, we never minded it, but the canned chicken in the sandwiches in non-fast food restaurants was so disappointing. The 3 stars are only for the service and their lovely staff, not for the food.
I heard a lot about this place so I decided to try it. Don't think you will get chips and salsa to start. They charge you for it. Salsa was like store bought from a jar, cheese dip was like Velveeta. I was so craving a great chili verde as they claim to be New Mexican cuisine. No such luck. Being from the south and traveled to New Mexico many times, this place was disappointing and most of the time you need reservations. We expected so much more.
The whitest Mexican food I've ever tasted. The Velveeta nachos tasted like it was heated up in a microwave. The restaurant was dark and unwelcoming to sit in. Was not a good experience.Service: 1/5
Absolutely amazing food. It is a small mom and pop. Great service please He's such a fun atmosphere. Would definitely suggest for all ages. We will definitely be back Vegetarian options: You can get every item with beans instead of meat
Food was very good. Super small portion. This is the first Mexican restuarant that I've ever been to that charged an upcharge for rice and beans. Slightly disappointed.Food: 3/5
We always get take out and it is amazing. We have some allergies in our family and they are very accommodating. One of our favorite restaurants in the area. Dietary restrictions: We can't have dairy and one of us can't have gluten. Have eaten here countless times with no issues.
My friend and I ordered takeout tonight and it was phenomenal. Best food I've had in a long time.Food: 5/5
We travel over 2 and 1/2 hours to eat at Abrana Marie's. Have not found any place in the Philadelphia area to match it. Friendly atmosphere great service. Almost worth it to drive up for their iced tea.Food: 5/5
Absolutely GREAT New Mexico food! Service is friendly and will help you select your dish and portion size from an extensive menu. Private dining room available. The chef deserves a medal.
The only reason for two star is because the waiter was good. Otherwise stay away. Esp if you are used to real authentic Mexican food. The prices are not worth the food. We were used to real Mexican food. Chicken comes from a can. Food is zero. Go to taco bell. That is even better.Food: 1/5
