Absolute Air is a full service air conditioning and heating company with the ability to service and install any air conditioning and heating system. In addition to our outstanding repair service we also provide preventative maintenance checks, replacement of outdated and inefficient equipment, and indoor air quality solutions. We have an extensive history of repair service on all brands of central air conditioning systems. We have yet to receive anything less than great service from Absolute Air for our HVAC system.  Ours is an older system, and it is used constantly because of my husband's poor health.  While it might not be surprising that little things are now happening that require attention, the technicians that come to our aid are skilled and personable.  Its wonderful to have confidence that our needs will be met when we need assistance.

Came out and did the job fast. Was a very nice guy. Took about 20 minutes to do. Price gouged me on labor and didn't leave the part he supposedly replaced and charged me for. Seemed a very costly price for a quick fix. Update here. Manager came over to see me and admitted to the overcharge. Reimbursed me a little and was very nice. Appreciate the honesty. Will use again.

Extremely trustworthy and excellent customer service.  Last summer I finally had to give in an replace my 20 year old system (2 units, one dedicated to the upstairs and the other dedicated to downstairs) with a single 5 ton unit with zone controlling.  My house temperature is now much more regulated (we had hot and cold spots in all the wrong places before), but most importantly -- my energy usage has CUT IN HALF!  We finally have an electric bill that we don't cringe at paying each month!  We've had a few questions along the way and Absolute Air has been quick to come out (at no charge) to walk through the system with us and ensure we have an excellent customer experience.  As you can see, I'm extremely satisfied and will highly recommend them to anyone.
