Everyone we dealt with from the business people to the office staff to the installers were amazing to deal with.  Initially, they explained every option to us, the pricing and rebates on each, the reasons why we might want one option over another and it was surprising and immensely satisfying to work with people of such integrity.  They were extremely courteous, they technically knew everything about the new equipment.  We installed a new 98% high-efficiency furnace, high-seer rated AC, steam humidifier and wireless thermostat.  They knew about all of it and did an outstanding job in the installation.  Our furnace room is now a showcase!!!  We also had additional insulation put in for the attic and our bonus room ... with all of this our house temperature and humidity are truly constant.  We never hear either the furnace or AC when it is running - this is an amazingly quiet system and we are LOVING it.  We would highly recommend both the quality of the equipment that Absolute Air supplies as well as their personnel which are the most friendly people we've ever seen in any service industry.  Everyone - and we do mean EVERYONE was so wonderful to work with.  Their technical savvy matched their courtesy as they worked in and around our house.  After they were done, they left every area cleaner than they found it.  We are PLEASED!

Called Absolute for a quote on a new AC install (had a swamp cooler before), they were the third quote I got, not only comparable to the others but way way way more professional. They also ran air flow tests and other diagnostics that the  other company's didn't do. Their text alerts with pics of who was coming was awesome as well. Incredibly great experience overall. Special shout out to Ken and Merl for being awesome. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

They were very informative. Matt explained everything to me so I would know the system I was investing in and exactly what I was getting. I liked that because I have never had someone take the time like her did. Also I really appreciated the communication about when they were on their way,  everyone who was coming and those notices came with pictures so I knew who was coming to my house and when. The installation was great they made sure things were working and showed me everything they did. My new furnace and AC work great!

Tommy is a proficient technician and got our unit functioning properly. I'm grateful for the time he spent carefully explaining the process and showing me what needed to be done to keep our home safe. I'm also grateful for his time making calls to the manufacturer to find out if I was covered under warranty. 
I got a great deal through Home Depot and am very pleased with the result from Absolute Air. Thank you!

Ken, the manager and salesman that I dealt with was very well schooled on the system that I wanted. He answered all my questions and concerns very professionally with absolutely no problems. He found me all the discounts and rebates available. His people showed up when  promised and did a fantastic job on the installation. They were very neat and clean and always wore booties in the house. They helped me set up the new smart thermostat and explained the system very well to an old guy. I would give my highest rating to these people and their company, and would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent work and products!!
