Waited an hour after my appt before being seen. Doctor Vu spent 5 minutes looking at my teeth, told me there were no cavities or problems. Despite the healthy status he said I required a deep cleaning which costs over $1000 out of pocket. Now I'm unable to get the regular cleaning my insurance does cover until I pay for the deep cleaning he prescribed.

The lady at the front desk ( The absolute dental side) really needs to be fired or not be the first person you see. I’m not sure of her name but I went there on an emergency and got a huge glare and attitude, my father just went there today and she was Totally unprofessional  treated him so badly and telling her coworkers looks like we’re working late cause we just got a last minute emergency. Back when I was there she Yelled at a coustomer and said cuss words and her coworkers had to take her in back to have her stop yelling, this was in front of everyone in the lobby including children who were there. I thought she’d be fired after cussing out a patient but guess absolute dental doesn’t care about that. Everyone else in the staff is wonderful and very friendly but one bad employee can mess everything up.
