Based on the glowing reviews, I contacted Absolute Hardwood Floors of Orlando about installing a hardwood floor in the master bedroom. Evans was very prompt both in returning our phone call and also upfront with his pricing and fees needed to install the flooring. We found him to be very professional, honest, answering any questions we had either via phone, email or text and was very patient with us as he worked around our erratic schedule. Once our installation date was firmly set, Evans and his team did a fantastic job of installing the hardwood flooring within 7 hours . My husband was very impressed with Evan and his teams attention to detail, including installing the quarter round molding in the walk-in closet, something my husband was not expecting. They did a wonderful job of making sure everything was left spotless, after the flooring was installed. We highly recommend them to anyone looking at installing hardwood or any other type of flooring and look forward to working with them in the near future.

Evens and his company Absolute Hardwood Floors of Orlando recently installed my flooring in my upstairs townhouse and it was an "absolute" pleasure working with Evens throughout this project. He is courteous, kind and highly professional. I have cats and he worked with my schedule and the kitties to ensure the least amount of stress to everyone. His prices are very competitive and reasonable and I will even order my materials from his company going forward for the next project: the stairs. I highly recommend his company if you want a quality and respectful contractor in your house.

Owner and crew were nice people which is why it pains me to write this review. In December I hired Absolute to do a fairly large job in my home (Out of pocket $18,000) which took my wife and I considerable time to save. After postponing the job a few times, the owner finally advised he had five days blocked off to complete my home. The work was good, I was impressed by the cleanup and attention to detail. Throughout the week there was various problems with workers not showing up (this is to be expected with a small business). This culminated in the work being rushed going into the final few days. On the last day I asked the owner if he could complete a small closet (maximum hour and half job). He advised that he actually had to leave early to start another job but he would be back to finish the closet and do a final walk-through and patch ups. Not a problem, I even put back the furniture and bed hoping that would help. I've now followed up with the owner on three occasions since January 2018. First occasion was February 4th which the owner replied "I have 4 jobs scheduled for the next two weeks, I will let you know as soon as I get free." Never heard back from him. I followed up again on March 1, 2018. He tells me there has been a family emergency and he is out of the country until April 5th. Advised me he will contact when he gets back, he never did. I sent yet another followup on May 5, 2018. This time I don't even get a reply. I have 2 sections of the flooring that have "buckled up, some gaps that were never sealed and flooring that has occupied my living room for 6 months." Very disappointed and I would suggest anyone doing business do not pay until the final walkthrough has been completed to your liking." I'm having to pay another company to come in and clean up the mess that was left. -Adam

I reached out the Absolute Hardwood Floors Of Orlando LLC for an estimate and within a few hours Evan had contacted me to schedule and estimate. He arrived the following day and was very prompt and courteous. After answering all our questions and giving us a quote, we felt the price on the install was extremely reasonable so we decided to hire him on the spot. I did let him know that we wanted the project completed as soon as possible and he was able to schedule us out within a few days. On the day of the job he arrived on time and everything went so smooth and exactly as he described during his estimate. Within 4 hours my new bedroom floor was put in and looks amazing!! He also cleaned and worked as he went. Everything was left perfect as I like, as I am very picky when it comes to contractors. I can not say enough good things about the complete service this company has given us. This is definitely our new flooring company!!!!
