Called getting quotes for an entire system replacement for both heat and hot water on my 2 family. Ken came down, did a thorough assessment, was clear, straight forward, and up front. The install went smooth and was completed in under the time frame he said. I had 4 other bids come through, none left as good as an impression as Ken.

Folks, Ken (the owner of Absolute Precision) is courteous, professional, and a true master craftsmen. He performed our heating conversion from oil to gas, and we are thrilled with both quality of the work and the way he personally managed the entire project. We were never without hot water during the conversion process, and he made numerous overall improvements to our existing copper plumbing that feeds both our heating system and our hot water lines. Finally, Ken candidly advised to the best equipment that he uses in the bulk of his installations, and steered us away from more costly equipment that isn't as efficient or effective during New England winters.

You won't find a more honest small business owner - he is honest, punctual, and extremely responsive.

After my hot water heater did it's best impression of Old Faithful at midnight on Saturday  I knew I was in trouble. I quickly did some research on the community page and followed  up with  Angie's list. Ken and absolute precision had great reviews so I called and left a message at 7AM Sunday morning.   Within the hour can had gotten back to me and I explained the situation and my system, he explained to me what was going on  and my options. And I agreed to move forward on his recommendation.  Throughout the day on Sunday I had many  follow up questions that I texted Ken and he got back to me immediately on all of them. And the work was completed by the time I got home from work on Monday. I would use their services again.

Great service, competitive price and high quality workmanship in a bind! 
 Our hot water heater started to fail during the approval process for a massave early boiler replacement/heat loan.  Ken and his team stepped up, referred us to a great lender, coached us through the remainder of the heat loan process, and got the install done ASAP.  Would recommend without reservations.

My Absolute Precision Plumbing experience was great from beginning to end. Various solutions were proposed me allowing me to make the best decision for my needs. Ken and his team did a great job of installation and clean up.  I'd recommend him as a honest reliable contractor.
