When catching a cab in Myrtle Beach, Absolute Taxi is among, if not, the best cab service around. Each and every time I request a pick-up the drivers are promptly on time and do not hassle routes. I highly recommend requesting a pick-up from Evan. He's the best driver around. By far the best experience when calling Absolute Taxi. All in all you can't go wrong when in need of a cab with Absolute Taxi.

I wish I could give this company, Absolute Taxi, zero stars. I reserved transportation several weeks in advance, they did not show up. Then I called to see what happened, they told me they could not do the transportation. I asked why when I reserved this weeks ago, they said they could, and he began to argue with me about when I reserved the transportation. He then hung up on me. Absolutely WORST customer service I've ever received. They are not trustworthy or professional.

They are polite, professional, men and women that have never let me down. I even trust them to carry my children when I have needed it. It's comforting to know every driver passes a 25 year driving and SLED reports!

I'm changing my review from 1 star that I posted a few days ago to 4 stars. We originally had a bad experience with trying to schedule a shuttle taxi for 14 people a week in advance and this company cancelling on us last minute the night of our scheduled time. I can say that the company owner contacted me directly later that night to fix things. He offered a free ride home for all 14 of us to make up for what happened earlier. We originally picked a set time for them to pick us up and I called later on to ask if they could pick us up 45 minutes earlier. They were very nice about it and they had their taxi drivers nearest to us get us quickly and promptly and did not charge us for the ride home. A few days later, the owner called me again to make sure we got home safely and that we were not charged for the ride. He sincerely apologized again and offered to work with us directly next time we vacation there. I was very impressed with the customer service they did quickly and promptly in response to my original google review to try to fix a bad situation.
