Totally amazing service. They have been taking care of our pool for several years. Zero water issues. If we anticipate a heavy pool usage for a holiday or party they are on it. This year we were not able to open our in ground pool until last week of June. When they came to open the pool it was not as bad as we feared and I owe that to how well they close it each year. After opening the pool we had a pump failure, and they again, came to the rescue. Pump installed just 48 hours after it failed. If you are in the market, or even if you have a pool service you will want to call Steve and hire them. If you know me, you know I am high maintenance when it comes to a service. They honestly exceed my expectations every time!!!

Owner of the business and his worker were drinking beer on the job. Also, when closing the pool they disconnected the heater and cross threaded the lines to the heater while doing so. My wife overheard them say that "they will have problems opening the pool in the spring." The owner or the worker never told us there was any issues with the heater. When the pool was to be re opened the heater could not be reconnected and we have not been open the pool. The owner of the business has refused to take responsibility for the damage and blames the pool contractor that put the heater in originally 20 years ago. I have had to put a claim in against his insurance company. So far they have denied any liability because for a week, the owner of the business failed to call them and when he finally did, the insurance company has to take his side of the story. I either need a new manifold for the pool or a new heater. In any case, I will be filing small claims court papers against the pool contractor this week. Don't hire Absolute Pool and Spas because they are absolutely irresponsible in my opinion.

Absolute water has been servicing my grandmother's pool since she relocated after the passing of my grandfather. Not only is her pool a crisp clean place for the grandkids to play, but Steven, the owner has proven to be quite genial and social with my grandmother. She is beyond pleased with the service she has received and upon review I can see that she got a really good price on all of her maintenance as well as her liner. I trust these guys with my family. Five stars.

When I was out of town, the owner, Steven, left the chlorine floater sitting on the side of my pool with the top off when he came to service it. He forgot about it and it fell into the pool. Upon my return I had 3 burns in the liner all the way down to the sand. Steven admitted in writing it was his error, however, he has refused to respond to my requests to patch or replace the liner. The service was substandard- my chemicals were never right- it was either green and cloudy or burning the flesh off my children. He frequently came over to service my pool drinking alcohol and would leave beer cans and cigarette butts in my yard. He made me very uncomfortable with unwanted advances and his foul language was offensive in front of my 4 young children. I would never recommend this company in any way.

Steve and his crew at Absolute Water have been servicing my pool since we moved into our house 4 years ago. We have them open and close our pool every summer, but we take care of the daily maintenance. They have always been very helpful in telling us what chemicals and how much we need to use, and steer us away from thing we don't need.
