Absolute just finished installing sump pump and French drain. When I first met with Lou he had been here already and spoke to my husband and was happy to come back to explain the project to me. His team was here every morning ready to work. They cleaned up every day and were all very nice to our young son! The project took exactly the amount of time Lou said it would. The price from the estimate was the price we paid. No surprises ! When we first found the company I was surprised by the all 5 star reviews because it’s not often you see that. Now that the job is done I totally understand why ! If you call Lou he answers and is totally hand on with his projects! Thanks so much Lou to you and your great team !

Absolute Waterproofing is the real deal! Our basement waterproofing job presented some unique challenges due to an older house and foundation. Lou and his entire staff were courteous and professional throughout the entire project, and Lou thoroughly communicated exactly what was being done at every step of the process and was also very honest about limitations. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the end result. Based on our experiences, we would absolutely recommend Absolute to anyone. Great company, great people.

We highly recommend Absolute! Lou had our new sump pump installed within 24 hours. They were extremely professional, honest and performed high quality work. We would definitely use them again.

Professional service! Lou and his team responded to a emergency situation where our sump pump stopping working and the basement was flooding. We were probably a few hours from losing our water heater and furnace. They installed a new pump, did the full mold remediation and dug up and installed 3 more sump pits. Lou and the team were always available to talk and explain what was going on. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Right from the first meeting I had with Lou was very good. Lou was very knowledgeable of what needed to be fixed in my basement.  His team of 3 men were very professional,  they showed me each step they were doing in the installation of my French drain and hole for sump pump. I had one question with Lou once job was completed and he had taken care of that problem within minutes.  I would highly recommend Absolute Waterproofing to anyone who is looking for work in their basement in eliminating water damage.

Excellent work! I am so pleased with this company. Lou and his team did a fantastic job, explained everything along the way, and were total professionals. They educated me about the problems with the old system that was already in place when I bought the house, and I feel confident now about what I’ve learned and the quality of the work. They did a similar job for my parents years ago, now for me, and I highly recommend them.

I called Absolute Waterproofing when our recently purchased home's basement flooded. Lou was able to make it out same day to give an estimate, and the soonest availability to complete the project. Overall great experience with Lou and his team. They did a great job and got the job finished in the time originally estimated. If you're having water issues, definitely go with these guys to get the job done, highly recommend.

Absolute Waterproofing & Renovations removed my wood floor, sprayed for mold & installed 2 sump pumps last week.
