Horrible service. My furnace went out and I contacted my home warranty people. They gave me a claim number and told me to call these people. I was told that they'd ask for my claim number and then see that I had expedited service due to the cold weather and the fact that there is a newborn and elderly person in the home. I called AC Quick Tech and the man who answered instantly blew me off. He said, we're too busy and can't get to it for at least a week. I mentioned to him that the warranty person stated that he would ask for my claim number but he did not. I also told him that the warranty person told me that once he entered the claim number he'd see that it was an expedited order. He refused to do anything but say, "Call them back. We're too busy. We can't get to it for at least a week." I will NEVER use this company.

Two technicians showed up two hours after my request for service through my home warranty, that was a plus. Once arrived, the tech told me that I needed Freon, new coils and a cleaning of the outside unit. He said the new coils are needed because there is a leak. I asked him to show me, and he didn't even bother to make an attempt to show me how he came to the conclusion. In front of him, he watched me try to pry open the door of my inside unit and all I was able to see, with the help of my flashlight on my phone, was frozen coils covered with ICE. At that point, I asked him to explain how the ice occurred and what constitutes a leak? He did not respond. When he handed me the final invoice/ service write up, it was written with the words, "AC unit needs Freon, AC unit need cleaning, Evaporator coils have leak and may need replacement". I requested that he change the language on the write up to be exacting as he was verbally about the replacement of the coils. I expressed to him that I did not want to sign any documents with ambiguity as to what the diagnosis is, especially since my AC was still not operateable at that time. He refused to change the wording and remove, "may" and walked out.

Called AC Quicktech and they were able to send a Tech out within about an hour of my calling. So far it has been a pleasant experience with them. Will advise back once the service is completed.

This companies customer service is horrendous and do not know what they are doing. Ive had two different techs from different companies advise me that my compressor was an issue and needed to be replace, but ac quicktech tech advised that my ac unit was dirty and stated that i would have to pay them $200 to clean it. 

Quicktech is not a company you want around your home, but also HMS warranty are to blame as well for giving them the job.

Horrible customer service!  They were rude when they answered the phone and didn't show up during scheduled time for service.  They didn't bother to call to say they weren't coming and we had to take off of work to be here.  No one answered or returned our phone calls, but after I emailed them I finally got an email at 7:30pm saying "sorry, cant make it today.  Will be there tomorrow."  Unacceptable! I advised the "tomorrow" timeframe didn't work for us and they sent their technician anyway.  Thankfully the tech was very nice and respectful and had NO IDEA what his boss had said or done.  When he called his manager the guy didn't care and basically said "well, he's there so let him fix the problem."  If it weren't for the home warranty, we wouldn't have even allowed them in the house.   I will be submitting a negative review with the home warranty company as well.  Unacceptable all around!
