Extremely well set up gym, well trained and friendly staff.   I stayed for a week and would call this the equinox of the south (but half the cost).

keep in shape while on vacation!  and enjoy doing it.

also they employ some of the best staff ive seen - shout out to the military staff

Recent renovations have spruced up an excellent health club, with all the equipment and classes anyone could want. Broad array of personal trainers. And, excellent Physical Therapy facility with highly skilled therapists.

Best gym in town. Has almost everything you'd want. The building is a bit small and the machines and weights are crammed in there. They would benefit from a much larger building. A bit pricey, but they're the only gym in town with all the options we want. Staff is super friendly.

I go every day. Great classes, individual exercise machines, spa, physical therapy and swimming pools.
