Fantastic Service! I organized a casino tour for our residents in Wellington with Academy I wanted to take a moment and let you know what a great driver that you have working for you! Erma  showed up on time and was extremely welcoming and kind to all of our residents. Some of our residents have a hard time getting up stairs so the bus was a bit of a challenge. She helped every single one with not only a smile, but a warm comment or joke that made them feel at ease and not embarrassed that they were receiving a little bit of help. She truly has a fantastic personality and extremely well suited for a position in customer service. You are very lucky to have her!

Just got home from The Isle Casino Trip. 
The bus came to the West Palm Beach pickup where 20 or more people were waiting to get on. When he pulled up, all of the people pushed and sandwiched  everyone else in to try to get on, since clearly there would not be enough seats. The driver had a paper presumably with the names of those with reservations, but instead of calling out any of those names. He asked, "who has a reservation?", and everyone raised their hands. The pushing and shoving continued, with about 7 or more people ending up being turned away for lack of a seat. Some later talked about the bus door being closed in people's faces the week before.
Right after the bus got off the Turnpike Casino exit, the Driver made a left hand turn right through a red light, and some passengers gasped. He never even slowed down.
No info was given about departure time, but when asked the Driver said 6:45PM boarding to depart at 7PM sharp. Everyone was out there at that time, and saw the Academy bus circling the parking lot for awhile. At  5 minutes to 7PM, the Driver, a different one from earlier, walked over to the people waiting and asked them where he was supposed to be picking them up. There was no bus in sight, and he pointed and said that it was "down there", and that  he had been around since 6:30PM. It was about 7:15 when everyone was on board, but the Driver  kept the bus in the lot until about 7:25, and no one knew why, and was very concerned. He did however make a safe trip home for us.
 Academy, you need some better ways to run your trips!!!!

I love using their bus service! The drivers are very friendly and helpful and the staff always does their best to accommodate you!
