On Thursday July 16th 2015 at 210 pm I called the dispatch office to find out about the 810 leaving Woodbridge mall at 2pm. The dispatcher was very very rude was like I am trying to locate him. Other people there with you are calling to. I told him I was alone and no one else around me. He said talk to them and slammed the phone down. I called back to tell him how rude he was and that he hung up on me. And that I am not at the mall I was calling about the one that was supposed to leave at 2. He said he didn't hang up on me it was an accident and then slammed the phone down on me again. 5 mins later the bus shows up and my friend is on the bus. I said to her. "Wow that Dispatcher". She goes. "Let me guess you called and he hung up on you". I said yeah how you know that she tells me " I was on the other line and he told me he hung up on you because I was already on the phone". This is so very rude and uncalled for. Then when you call to get someone else to talk to he keeps answering the phone. This is not the first time I have had issues with this bus company and its dispatchers being very rude. Their buses run early or very late or not at all. They pass by people waiting. They claim that schedule by NJtransit aren't what the go by (um hello you work for them so you should be) and when you call NJTransit. They don't want to hear it. Call academy. And they want to increase the fares with this kind of bullshit customer service???
