Customer service is horrible; they do not follow Academy's Corporate return policy at all, they do not honor coupon codes sent for in store through emails, do not do any price matches whatsoever..INCLUDING THEIR OWN!!! After purchasing a pair of shorts one week(NOT a hot deal or price drop), returning the next week to purchase more with previous receipt in hand and was told they were no longer 'on sale'... Yet, the receipt didn't state "discounted/sale price" like it normally does! Oh, not to mention they will not return any Costa products whatsoever- per manager when asked out of curiosity! Even if it's never been worn/used and you have your receipt!

Look i am pretty critical when i leave reviews yes. But i left 2 stars because my family and i always go to academy to buy new shoes. Recently we went to academy to buy our son new shoes and i needed help so i went and found an employee and asked him for help. He acted as though i was bothering him. Of course i am bothering you. This is your job.

Very disturbed at this moment!!! My daughter and two of her coworkers were followed this evening out the door even after purchasing a jacket. I called to see what warrant them being followed. Now they are denying any employees walking out. I will be getting to the bottom of this.
