I went in looking for their Fairtex shin guards and Reyes gear like they sell online. Turns out they don't carry then in the store which is no big deal. It's the customer service that bothered me about this Academy. I asked one employee if they had a certain heavy bag in stock. Instead of checking the system, he simply said "I have no idea." We were waiting to be helped at the firearm counter and the one person working didn't even bother acknowledging us. I didn't mind waiting for him to get finished with the customer before us, but he could have at least said hello or something. When I was working retail I would have been in trouble for doing that. We waited for 10 minutes then left. I hope they work on their customer service because it really is a nice store with a good selection of sporting goods.

Great place to shop. Employees are very nice and helpful with any questions you may have. Wide range of sports/outdoor goods to choose from. The only thing reason why it is not a five star is because some of the prices on certain items were way over priced. That being said they also had great deals on others.

Seems fine. Honestly it was like walking into a Sports Authority. So hopefully they run their business better.

If I were rating Academy corportate, I'd give a 1 🌟, but since this is for this particular store I'll give a 4. Corporate needs to learn to supply larger sizes in shoes than 13. The store was a little messy, but that's to be expected during the holidays. The associates were all nice and helpful!

Went Christmas shopping and a great experience. Clean store, friendly employees and good prices. Lots of parking and easy access to and from highway.
