I was there in 2012 or so & they did an extraction & Implant for me. It is all good. They got me in in 1 hour notice last week to have a tooth pulled & will be doing another implant. They seem fast & efficient to me. This last extraction has been a little painful. I just called them & they made an appointment for me for tomorrow to check it out. I'll let you know in another post maybe how it goes.

It is unfortunate that someone would criticize the service and professionalism of the doctors and staff at Accent Dental.  I have been a client for over 5+ years and have consistently found the service, care, and professionalism to be superior.  I was referred to Accent Dental by a well-regarded oral surgeon when I was experiencing difficulty and poor service from my dentist at the time.  Since my first appointment I have found all of the staff to be extremely courteous.  Both Dr. Boldin and Dr. Lyzak have consistently conducted themselves in a friendly and professional manner. I recall an incident when I broke a tooth in a construction-related accident.  Dr. Boldin provided several courses of action, explained the pros and cons of each option, and detailed the associated costs.  From this information I was more confident in my decision making process based on the information he had provided.  I continually recommend Accent Dental to individuals who are interested in locating a professional organization with a competent and caring staff. In one word I can describe Accent Dental - Outstanding!!!

I say boycott Accent Dental! My fiance was in there and they took a plate out of his jaw on Wednesday October 13th. They gave him antibiotics and pain killers. He had to come back in a week later because he was still in pain. Once the antibiotics ran out, he was still in pain from the infection. We called their emergency line and didn't get a SINGLE call back. When I called them today (Monday October 25th 2010) Dr Lyzak had the NERVE to say my fiance has a problem with pain killers when all we wanted was another round of antibiotics! My mother had been calling their emergency line too and she said she had mentioned pain killers but every time I called I asked for antibiotics! He even dared to ask why my mother and I were trying to help him. It's because we're decent human beings who can't stand to see a man cry his eyes out and not be able to sleep because the pain is so bad. I've seen my fiance get hurt ALOT worse than this and not take a single pain killer. It is crap that they can't admit they didn't give him enough antibiotic! He had also been there this past April and had a tooth pulled. The dr said the infection was localized to the tooth but low and behold they were WRONG. Big surprise. We had to go to the emergency room to get him the antibiotic that Accent should have given him! That's a bill we have to pay now because they were negligent! A bill we shouldn't have had to pay because they were supposed to give him an antibiotic! BOYCOTT ACCENT DENTAL before they accuse you of being an addict when THEY didn't do their job right! I wish I could give them LESS than 1 star!
