Titan Insurance of Yuba City is the bomb! Their customer service is the best and they always go above and beyond to help me. Carmela is always helpful and always answers my questions and helps me whenever I need it. Carmela even helped me on her day off (Saturday) when I bought a new vehicle and needed proof of insurance. I have never gotten anything less than 1000% percent from Carmela. She is one of the best agents around and I would definitely recommend her to everyone. If you want great customer service and affordable insurance, give her a call!

I really like dealing with the people in the Yuba City office! Every time I have some business to do with them, I always come away smiling. They are kind, personable, courteous and most of all they are genuine. I highly recommend Titan Insurance in Yuba city to anyone looking to be treated like a human being instead of just another dollar walkin.

TITAN SUCKS DONT COME HERE RAN ME IN CIRCLES FOR DAYS AFTER VEING VICTIM IF A HIT AND RUN AFTER PAYING $180 A MONTH FOR FULL COVERAGE . POOR EXCUSE FOR AN INSIRANCE COMPANY.

Highly recommend!  With the amazing service I have recieved I can truly say they really care about their customers. I was helped by Susan and she worked with me to develop a policy tht was suitable for my needs and budget. I can't stress how incredible Susan's is with all my needs from auto to motorcylce insurance!
