have had wonderful experience with them  for  full dentures and full mouth extractions.. less than  3 weeks from old teeth to eating comfortably with  new  dentures...am always in within a few minutes of my appt  and the dentist  took care to notify a pt or two that he was running behind while working on me and that he would be late with those   next appts...  staff is also friendly and courteous and most of all, the work done and dentures were pretty affordable  even with the top of the line  denture

We were told with our insurance we would have to pay a 50$ deductible then we could make out a payment plan.  We get their and they tell us 400$ up front or we can apply for a credit card and pay that way.  Very deceptive practice and they couldn't understand when we told them absolutely not.  That is not what we were told and not what our paper work they gave us first said and they wouldn't honor that, their payment plan is to use a credit card.

I recommend Access Dental and Dentures to everyone! The people are extremely nice as well as being reasonable in price. They make you feel like a person not just a patient!

The front desk staff and technicians were beyond helpful and supportive. The dentist was extremely rude towards me once he learned I did not want to take a religious necklace off for a panoramic picture. This caused the x-ray to block 4 of the bottom teeth from being viewed without obstruction. The dentist informed me he wouldn't read ANY of my teeth because the film was "not valid" because of the 4 blocked teeth. The dentist literally walked in with attitude told me he couldn't read my film then walked out without even asking if I had any questions or to give me time to respond! I regret seeing this provider and will not be back. 
On the bright side.... I cannot praise the front desk personnel or technicians enough.

Took my daughter in for a cleaning and the dentist came in and said he needed to do some light scrapping to clean. He then starts doing a full force deep cleaning without numbing her mouth at all and trying to hold her down while she was crying in pain. I had to step in and move his equipment before anymore damage was done to my daughters mouth. She has been going to an orthodontist for over a year on monthly visits and they never once said her mouth was that bad. Now we are at an emergency room to see a real doctor and try and get her some relief from all the gum damage he just caused with his scrapper as he ripped her gums up pretty bad.
