My initial couple of visits to Access Dental was great and and care was not too bad.  I stayed because of the friendliness of the staff; however, when I called to reschedule my appointment, I got hung up on by Dora, so I called back and informed her I got hung u p on - there was no apology and the person was less than professional.  
My family and I will no longer be going to this dentist.

Both my son and I use Access Dental, Modesto and live it! The entire staff treats you as family, and your comfort is their priority. They make it their goal to recognize you by name upon arrival, and no delay in wait times! Thank you guys for making it easier to go to the dentist

Not very happy with the results, the service  was goos but the ending results not so much, Im not satisfied

It absolutely unprofessional that they have messed up my appointments 3 times in a row, need to have my cap put on. They keep scheduling me for a cleaning and other kinds of appointments. Say they'll call you back when they sort it out and then don't. Even said they'd send a gas card because of the mix up.... And then you never receive it. Their word is as worthless as their service. I went there as a kid and loved it. What ever happened to them??

2-18-2016 Horrible!  The "specialist " Dr who saw my 4 year old was horrible!  I ended up leaving before they did any work on my poor baby. This was my son's first time getting work done so he was scared.  I told him about the shot so he knew what was coming.  The assistant came in and lied to him saying no they're not going to give you a shot.  As soon as they laid him down they gave him a shot so my poor baby freaked out and of course didn't trust him to do anything else.  The dentist kept threatening to put him in this straight jacket looking thing!  I was like no you're not going to tie down my baby! He would be traumatized for life!  I said there has to be another way!  So I left without any treatment.  Please don't take your kids here!  I can't believe how horrible my son's first experience was. He is such a great sweet boy and he didn't deserve this.
