Don't expect any timely response to requests related to your health needs or concerns. The Homosassa 
office is apparently understaffed and obtaining needed and/or desired scripts cannot be acquired in a timely manner. Dr. Varlakov is seemingly a fine physician, access (no pun intended) to the doctor and / or nurse practitioners is difficult to obtain in a timely manner. Delays in addressing medical issues are
significantly of a greater concern than (for example) maintenance on one's vehicle.

>>UPDATE: Starting mid to late  2013 or so, their  office has been quite timely in scheduling appointments and reducing wait time upon arrival. My  previous complaints are, for now, no longer an issue.
