The most unprofessional organization to date. When calling this company to inform them they had incorrect information the owner began mocking me.....so now it will be a law suit for them as well as the "client" which they do no justice for at all. Add legal fees to top it off :)

I would give a negative star. These people are souless jerk offs. My husband lost his job so I asked to change my payment plan. They refused so I couldn't afford my payments. They apparently took me to court, I was never served, they got the judgment and now have garnished my bank account. They took every penny, even out of my son's account because my name was on his account too.

This office was very rude and the guy I spoke with called me names and treated horrible. I'll be finding the the CEO number and better business Bureau on them. Said I needed to start thinking more since I'm in the oilfield which I'm not I have 7 years of in the medical experience.  That I was oilfield trash. And my stupid job. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. And told me to shut up and close my mouth. That I won't listen cuz I'm in the oilfield. He Horrible person

Ken is absolutely rude! Had nothing but problems with this man! Called to make payment plans and he acted like we were inconveniencing him, then my fiancé passed away I call to ask him a question about a shared credit and the first thing he says to be is SO WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?. Wow  glad to see that you are a soulless JERK. hopefully you don't lose a loved one soon!
