Always a disorganized mess, they wait until the last minute to do everything and never communicate internally.  Not the biggest fan of the people who work there or own the place, as they're not particularly professional.

This is a gem of an accountancy.  They are incredibly knowledgeable about the tax code and tax law--plus they are customer oriented.  They provide the most comprehensive service for the most reasonable prices.  You will never use another accountant once you have tried this firm.
