Excellent service. They straitened out the mess made by other accountants. I am very grateful to Luis and his staff.
Highly unprofessional services especially from Luis Pacheco who I sat down with for the first time for about 5 minutes and he said “he would prepare my taxes then give me a quote”. After I received the quote I decided to go with someone else who was able to get me back $2,000 more of a refund then Luis Pacheco was able too. Obviously he’s not taking his time to review and file the correct paperwork. After notifying Luis Pacheco that I would not be interested in filing with his office he texted me in a very unprofessional matter threatening and stating he was still going to bill me for his time even though he didn’t submit my taxes or neither did I sign any paperwork also was told that “he will do anything it takes to receive that money”. I told him he can bill me and I will get my lawyer involved if necessary. Be careful if your thinking about coming here I would highly recommend to stay far far away.
This was my 1st time getting my taxes done there and it was a wonderful experience. Anna who prepared my taxes was friendly and efficient. It was refreshing to work with someone who knows their job so well. Sincerely Gilda C
Very unprofessional they tell you they be callling you back and never do. I tried asking them a couple of quick questions over the phone and they said to answer any questions I have to make an appointment without knowing what was the extent of the question. I really felt they were brushing me off on the phone. ‍
Unprofessional!! Luis is nice guy in the beginning until he gets your money then becomes rude & unprofessional a totally different person. Stay away
