After making a mistake filing my own taxes, the team here happily amended my return and was extremely fast. I will use them again this upcoming tax season.
The ladies at Accounting Solutions are very nice, but after having errors on my tax returns for two years in a row, I regretfully must leave a poor review. The first year, Accounting Solutions included a penalty on my taxes that I should not have been penalized for. The IRS caught this mistake and refunded the money. The second year, Accounting Solutions made a deduction instead of a credit, despite having been informed that I should receive a credit. I caught this error after the taxes were submitted and then had to explain to the accountant how the IRS form instructions reflected she prepared the taxes incorrectly. It was a $3,000 error that I would have lost if not for my own research. I had to wait months to receive the refund after the amended return was filed.
