We have Jim and the team do both our personal taxes and corporate taxes.  We couldn't be happier with service that we have received over the years.  Friendly, quick, and accurate.  What's not to like?

Staff was really friendly and helpful. My overall appoint took 20 minutes and I was out the door. However, when I came time for me to pick up my taxes, they tried to slap me with a $275 bill for 20 minutes of tax prep. Needless to say, I grabbed my stuff and walked out. If you like the convenience and easy of getting taxes done, but don't mind paying out the nose for it, then go right ahead. There are other preparers in the metro that are much more reasonable on pricing.

My husband and I have had our taxes done at ATP for years now and will continue to use them. Service over the phone is great and there is always a smiling face greeting us as we come in the door, we feel like family! We have been lucky enough to get a refund every year which is automatically deposited on time! We are confident in Jim and know that no detail is overlooked.
