I just find out have the same problem with Jessica and this business. I had use this company for three years and 2014 tax she didn't file my taxes. I just had a call from the IRS. I think we should all get together and suit her and her business. she charge me for a services she didn't provided plus now I had to explain the IRS why my 2014 taxes weren't file.

I seem to have the same experience with others. I used Jessica for over 6 years & never had an issue. Problems started in 2014 return year & continued in 2015 return. I have been fighting IRS for the past year with 2014 return problems. Also in early 2014 I had Jessica Incorporate my business. To this day I never received incorporation "binder" I was promised. Always an excuse why but never resolved. I will take my 2016 Return business elsewhere

I used this firm for 2 years.  She was great.  Last year I had a bad experience.  She messed up my taxes.  Used wrong tax forms and other issues.  When I tried getting in touch with her it was impossible.  I tried emailing, calling, even facebooking her and nothing.  Everyday I left several messages.  I must have called more than 20 times. She fell off the face of the earth.  Now I get a text from her firm to go get my taxes done.  You've got to be kidding.  Please don't go there. If something is done wrong you will never get a hold of her to help you resolve the issue.   So please stay away from this place and save yourself grieve.  She should not even get 1 star.  Had to pay again to have my taxes redone and then wait six months to get the rest of my refund from the IRS.

NEVER, NEVER use this accounting service.  She has had my tax return since last march.  I have tried to reach her by phone and e-mail with no results.  She  has a sign posted with hours but is never there.  Save yourself a lot of frustration and go elsewhere.

IF I COULD GIVE HER A 1/2 STAR OR NO STAR AT ALL WOULD BE BEST! She is rude and very disrespectful.  She has not returned one of my phone calls.  I received a letter from the IRS saying she did not complete my taxes and that a Schedule D form was missing.  This BTW was the second year in a row that I was notifed by the IRS. Shame on me for giving her the benefit of the doubt and using her again this year.  I really hate to do these types of reviews but she left me no choice.
