You know you are dealing with a customer focused company when you place a service call at 3:30 pm on the Friday of a holiday weekend and they tell you they can be there in 45 minutes!! Although the technician that responded to the call, Richie, is new to the area and Accu-Temp, his experience in a/c repair was obvious as he quickly diagnosed the problem. He even went out of his way and drove to another technicians home (20 miles away) when he realized he needed a seldom used tool to complete the job. Cost effective, knowledgeable, punctual, polite and they will literally go the "extra mile" to get the job done. Why would you call anyone else? I don't!

These folks are always there, Chuck and his team live service and concern for customers.  They installed an a/c system short while ago-right size, right price for us.  Their service always on time, courteous-a recent issue (after hours) and they came to our home in 10 minutes (as they said).  Keep up then good work!

I originally called for a 2nd opinion after 2 companies insisted my 7 yr.o old unit needed replaced! Accutemp fixed it for $200 (the he thermostat)  n the only trouble I've had since then is regular maintenance and clearing the occasional drain.
They're honest ,knowledgeable, and just really some Stand Up Guys!  Most recently, i had a broke foot so was about to have to send my painter home  when the guys hired to haul my refrigerator didn't show up . Rich tapped my painter and they it hauled to the side of the road before I could even call another company! 
They have saved me lots of stress and money the most importantly, remind me that there are still good people in this world. Thanks a million Accutemp!

A friend referred me to Chuck. Not only was he affordable and trustworthy but he wrote the wrote the book on the Customer experience. Living on the beach presents humidity challenges and after installing 3 new units Chuck monitored temp and humidity for weeks until it was completely dialed in. He was quick to respond to concerns and was always texting me updates. He kept my units on his Honeywell remote app in my absence to make sure Humidity was always in check. He also repaired an issue that wasn't his and revisited the job on several occasion over several weeks. As a business owner myself I can't say enough great things about my experience. Chuck is the real deal in an industry fought with fly-by-night contractors !
