We reached out to Accupro as a result of a homeowners insurance claim. It was our first time doing something like this and at first it seemed like we made the right decision, but soon found out that was not the case. First they wanted us to sign over all funds we were to receive from our homeowners insurance claim (which we did not do). Then, they wanted money from us up front to begin working, which we gave them - that was a mistake. Work that they agreed to do never got finished and it became harder and harder to speak with anyone about it when we called the company office or Nick's personal cell phone. They left us with a huge hole the cut in our living room wall & ceiling and a good amount of missing insulation that they removed from our attic. We had to hire another contractor to finish the work in our living room, not to mention the dozens of nail pops created from the roof job; all of this was work that Accupro said they would complete. All in all they charged us $11,500 to replace our roof (small 3 bedroom rancher) and treat our attic for mold - never to be seen again.  My advice to anyone considering dealing with Accupro would be to NEVER give them money up front - only pay when services are 100% completed. We are entering a complaint with the BBB regarding this experience.
