Buyer beware!!!! Bought set washer and dryer after setting up at home washer didnt work!  Had to return no refund offered had to trade for another set... brought home 2 months later dryer quits!!! Out of warranty of course!  Better off paying extra 100 bucks get new set from menards!!!  Beware!

Bought a fridge from here worked great for about a week then it was nothing but problems after that kept replacing parts that weren't fixing it it would freeze the fridge and melt the stuff in the freezer... then is started over freezing the freezer and warming up the fridge to the point of spoiling food exchanged for a different one and now this one is doing the same thing do not recommend buying here

We bought a washer and dryer here about 2 months ago. We did one load of laundry and after that it quit working. We tried to get ahold of them for about a week until finally we got ahold of them. We have called multiple times and they never have returned a voicemail or call to let us know what's going on. We took the washer back to them and it was there for about two weeks and we didn't know we could pick it up until we called and asked because they never call and let us know. They said they would leave it outside in the back for us to pick up and we drove to Spencer (a 45min drive) to find out that our washer was not outside so we had to turn around and come home with no washer. We haven't had a washer for about a month and a half and that's a huge hassle and they don't seem like they are in any hurry to help us. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.
