I went there to have a key made. The person behind the counter, John was very snippy and hostile towards me. I don't make keys for a living I don't know how it works. He was very discourteous and rude. He explained very rudely the key I had could not be copied I didn't know, it didn't say so. He then demanded to know where I live. I told him I don't know him and do not feel like telling him that ( especially because he was hostile and not helping me at all). He then said the number on the key would tell him where I live. He was a creep and rude. Never going back and telling everyone I know not to go there.

I brougt a lock with a broken off key inside it there.  And they got the half key out and made me two copies of a broken key at a great price. And it was a strange key.

They assisted me with my issue as quick as in an out of that door, they were very professional and from the looks of it there the closest to the center, on top of the fact that there isnt another looksmith for miles
