I can't say enough good things about Accurate Payroll & Bookkeeping. 

   Like many owner/operated businesses, we have always had trouble finding time to keep up with the bookkeeping aspect of our company. After working all day, it was difficult to push further and complete a task we really needed someone else to do (bookkeeping). As we have grown and added employees to keep up with demand and production, we didn't feel like we could afford to hire a dedicated person to keep the books straight. So, we got further and further behind. Our thought was to find a company to handle it which would be less expensive than hiring a full-time person. However, we had trouble finding a company that possessed what we were looking for. Many were expensive or we didn't have the comfort, confidence or trust in them to handle it.

   Then we met Chris Mallery with Accurate Payroll & Bookkeeping. He was able to custom tailor their service for us. He explained that we had options. They would be involved as much or as little as we'd like. Chris did an analysis and discovered the areas we had weaknesses and proposed an affordable plan with just the right level of help we needed and could afford. We appreciated his straight forward way of doing business. We felt like he understood not only our business but us as well. Chris put forth a lot of time and effort and gained our trust. He quickly learned our business to the point it felt like he had been with us from the beginning!

   We also needed help converting to an online accounting system which would give us the ability to create quotes and accept payments in the field. This would eliminate the need for handwritten quotes that later had to be entered in our accounting system. Accurate Payroll & Bookkeeping took care of that and helped us customize it specifically for our company. We can actually use our current smartphones to operate it and didn't have to buy any additional equipment. All of these steps have given us more free time to work on our business and spend with our families.

   Once those things were done, The team of people at Accurate went to work on our books to bring everything up to date and reconciled with our bank accounts. In a few days they did what would have taken us a month or more to do in the little spare time we had. They went through 11 months of accounting (thousands of entries) and made sure all were exactly the way it was supposed to be. Along the way, we were emailed to let us know of their progress. It was something we had been dreading doing but knew was coming. The beauty of having Accurate handle it was; it was getting done while we we're doing what we are best at, operating the company. Even better, it was PAINLESS!!

   Now we have a team of people working on our books that cost MUCH LESS than hiring one person to do it. Our bookkeeping team has been a pleasure to work with and everyone is more than willing to help with whatever we need. Now, at any moment, we can pull a report for every aspect of our business. It is up to date and (as their name says) Accurate!
