This was a very positive experience from start to finish. No one wants to have to do roof work, but if you must do it, it is important to do it properly and have it done by the best in the business. Accurate Roofing proved to be the best professionals for this job. Thomas provided me with a thorough inspection, giving me all the necessary details in order for me to make the most informed decision. I felt completely involved in the process throughout and am confident that the new roof will last us for a lifetime. I will hire Accurate Roofing again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

While blowing the leaves out of my gutters, I noticed several cracks in my 20-year-old roofing tiles. I contacted Accurate Roofing for a roof inspection. Thomas, the owner of the company came out within 24 hours of my call. He indicated that I still have one or two years of life in my roof. He also indicated that my roof pipe vent caps and boots were cracked and leaking water and should be replaced immediately. I procrastinated for a couple of days and decided to get the boots replaced because of an impending rain storm. I called Thomas and asked him to send one of his roofers to do the repairs. Thomas personally came out to my house within 15 minutes of my call to do the replacement of the caps and boots himself. Within an hour all three units were replaced and resealed at a fair price. That's what I call real service. Thomas is honest, prompt, fair and an expert in roofing repair and replacement. We are considering upgrading our roof, siding and windows in the spring and Accurate Roofing is getting all my business. They are true leaders in the industry.

I had leak in my bedroom. I called Accurate Roofing to get a quote. They were very prompt and responsive. Tom came by to check the damage. First, he went up to the roof and took a few photos. Then, he explained about the damage and offered me a couple of options. He was VERY reasonable. He could have recommended a big repair but he instead suggested a simple repair. He thought it should work fine. As it was a minimal work, he repaired on the same day. It was truly wonderful to get the job done by an honest and professional company like them! I recommend Accurate to anyone who need roofing job.

Tom arrived on time, quickly assessed the issues, made a reasonable offer to complete the work, and promptly completed the needed repairs. He sent me photos while he was on the roof so that I could see exactly what the concerns were and then sent pictures again after each section was repaired. I highly recommend Tom and Accurate Roofing.

Thomas was extremely responsive and was able to navigate a difficult roof repair quickly and with skill. I would use him again.
