Great dry cleaners!!  Very inexpensive compared to other cleaners in the area.  We have taken our clothes there for over a year and have always done a wonderful job.

If I can give them less than one star, I would. The elderly lady that works there got my dress mixed up with someone else's clothes and then she would not give me my dress when I saw it hanging with other person's clothes! I eventually got my dress back but she did not even say sorry for the mix up. Horrible customer service. Do not go there... You have to pay before getting your clothes cleaned, too.

My sister and I just left this POS establishment they call a business. My sister brought a pair of express pants to get hemmed. The seams came out and so she brought it back a month ago, never gave her a ticket, and we came back today because she never called as promised. We showed up and it was the same crap all over again. She became irate and rude. Asked us for a ticket number and name and phone which we already given her!!!!! It was a very heated exchange. For all we know, she doesn't even have the pair of pants or lost it! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND SHUT THIS DOWN!

Went to Ace Cleaner to have three suits cleaned.  A Filipino woman in her fifties who claimed to be the owner immediately began to deride me regarding dog hair on the suits.  I pointed out that they were in "cleaning" business and that I was looking for a "cleaner" to "clean" my suits.  I asked her if she wanted my business.  She grunted at me and then rudely began using lint tape on my suits to remove the hair.  At that point, she told me that I was rude.  I took my property and my money over to Bobby Paige's cleaner about 1/4 of a mile away and I will never use this business again.  I always support local businesses however I hope this one goes bankrupt.  Do not use this cleaner!

My wife has gone to this cleaners for 2+ years and their work is ok (certainly not superior but acceptable).  We experienced the normal periodic problems associated with cleaners but were generally satisfied.  HOWEVER two weeks ago my wife went in to pick up my suit and they could not find it.  The counter women said she would look for it and get back to us.  She did not get back so my wife went again and this time she said that "your husband picked it up."  The only problem with that is I have never been in the store.  The long and short of it is that they will not do anything about my missing suit.  I have called all three stores and asked for the manager to return my call to no avail.

It seems that this is a family run business with family members at all the stores and they cover for one another.  They have proven from my experience to not be a reputable business.

STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH THEM LOSING YOU CLOTHING!
