Very poor customer service by manager. I went to this store today in search of a snow plow shovel. In the front entrance, they had a 49" one sitting there with a $74.99 tag on it but in front of a sign for $69.99. A clerk came out and told us it wasn't the $69.99 shovel but was on closeout as it was left from last year. I debated on it for a while and decided to purchase the shovel. When we got to the register, it rang up at $74.99 and I questioned it asking if that was the closeout price. The clerk (not the one I originally talked to) said it's a shovel, that's the price. I then told her what the other clerk said and asked what the original price was. She said that was it. I then asked if I could talk to the clerk who had told me it was on sale. She then canceled the sale and rudely said she will be back in an hour she went to lunch and said next (next customer). I said I still want the shovel and am really disappointed in your customer service. She replied I have a line. I proceeded to buy the shovel anyways as I had already been to 4 other stores and they did not have this shovel and it was exactly what I wanted. Afterwards I called and asked to talk to a manager just to tell them how disappointed I was in the customer service, but as it turns out, she is a manager. If possible, I will not return to this store again.

They don't have any Toro parts at the Bismarck north store....kinda defeats the purpose.

Worst customer service ever. I went to buy a shovel and the cashier asked me to wait so another customer could buy a pop, even though I was in line ahead of the other person. So, I put the shovel back and went to Acme Tools. If Ace wants to sell pop rather than shovels, they can knock themselves out selling pop.
