I was on a trip back home to Ky. My truck blew some hoses and Randy offered great customer service and was extremely knowledgeable of the products in the store. We were able to get my truck fixed in a matter of minutes and made it to Ky safely. Employees like Randy are hard to find and more places need guys like him.

The people are nice most of the time. This is the only place that will service what they sell so we have bought an echo from them and also a wood chipper. I won't go into how difficult ordering the wood chipper was, but for a company who is selling the product and even running promos on it should have been more prepared. When we arrived to pick up the wood chipper we were told to "drive around back" and when we got there we realized it was just the back part of their open garage. It was a very tight squeeze and there was no was we were getting a trailer turned around in there. We took the trailer off and turned it around manually and hooked back up. We asked for assistance twice before we were helped to load it on to the trailer. The employees couldn't get out of there fast enough. The wood chipper should have been brought to the front of the garage (considering the price we paid for it's entirety). There should have been someone standing there waiting with the merchandise when we drove to where they sent us. Everything about this experience has been frustrating. The only thing keeping this place in business is that they service their equipment for free if purchased there. We were not treated as valued customer, we were treated as a burden. I believe altogether the wood chipper and all the attachments cost us roughly $8-10,000. It better work is all I have to say. EDIT: merchandise was forgotten, had to go back in to get an employee to locate it. Downgrade to 1 star. This is ridiculous. You called us to say it's ready. You were in no way ready. Just because the employees are nice and have southern manners means nothing if you aren't doing your job properly and providing better customer service.
