Remember what it was like to have a neighborhood hardware store, where people remembered you and cared about the problem you were tying to solve?  Well it still exists in West Linn at this Ace.  I look for reasons to come in, and enjoy just looking around while I am there.
The team there is awesome!!!

LOVE Ace! Slightly higher prices than Home Depot, but sooo convenient, and very customer service oriented!

The assistant manager(Russ) is not only rude and aggressive with coustomers when trying to resolve issues, but also shuts his employees down so much to where they won't even speak.. I went in 7 times with pictures of a lug nut and asked for help finding a socket that fit correctly, also Russ bragged about how he was a 40 year mechanic and in the end had not a clue how to help me or how to handle a dissatisfied customer. I will never be going here again or any other ace hardware for that matter, if I were you I would spend my well earned money and anywhere else possible. ASSISTANT MANAGER RUSS IS NOT FIT FOR A ROLL IN ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
